From the total renovation and upgrading in 2006. Blue Canyon Lakes Course becomes one of the most beautiful golf courses in South-East Asia. This beautiful 2nd course of Blue Canyon Golf Club Phuket has been developed and opened in 1999. Mr. Yoshikazu Kato was, again, selected to proudly designed this master piece. He also is the one who god-like created the Canyon Course Phuket that brought in several international tournaments such as Johnnie Walker Classic 1994, Honda Invitation Tournament of Omega in 1996, Johnnie Walker Classic 1998, Thai airways international Thailand open 2005 and Tiger skins 2005.
As the meaning of the golf course name, the Lake Course offers a while new challenge to the game of golf with hazards on 17 out of 18 holes. The Lakes’s 18 holes weave their way around rambling lakes, natural canyons and lush woodlands. A tribute to Kato’s mission to maintain the integrity of the natural habitat. The golf course features some of the largest greens in Southeast Asia. Given the challenge of the course and the magnificent natural backdrop, the lakes offers one of the top golfing experiences in the region.
