Cancellation Policies
You will receive the voucher to confirm your golf booking request. Once your golf booking has been confirmed and we have received your payment, if you cancel your golf booking within 2 days prior of your requested playing date, the full amount charge will be imposed and non-refundable.
If you do not receive the voucher from us within 24 hours, please urgently contact us as soon as possible.

If you no shows on your requested playing date, the full amount charge will be imposed and non-refundable
If the golf course is not playable (rain or etc.), we will follow the golf course rules.
If you would like to cancel your golf booking request, please send us your cancellation request by email only and you will receive the cancellation acknowledgement email to confirm your golf booking has been cancelled.
If you do not receive the cancellation acknowledgement email from us within 24 hours, please urgently contact us as soon as possible.

PhuketGolfMaster.com is not liable for
- Cancellation charges incurred due to any problems that can occur during email delivery and without any contact from you via e-mail or telephone.
- Unused for your round trip transfer requested (hotel-golf course-hotel). If you do not show up at the meeting point at the pick up time, however your golf reservation at the golf course still remain confirmed. This will be a no show case and non-refundable!
- Any rules by golf courses.
