Cancellation Policy
We do not charge a cancellation fee for your golf bookings that have not been confirmed. However once your golf booking has been confirmed and we have received your payment, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below. Once we have received your payment, you will receive an email shortly to confirm your payment by our payment gateway -
www.PaySbuy.com. After we have verified your golf booking details, you will receive the confirmation
& voucher email to confirm your golf booking request. If you do not receive the confirmation
& voucher email from us within 24 hours, please urgently contact our Customer Service Agent.

If you cancel| +14 Days prior requested playing date: | There is no cancellation charge. |
| 13 - 7 Days prior requested playing date: | There is a 5% administration charge. |
| 6 - 3 Days prior requested playing date: | There is a 10% administration charge. |
| 2 - 0 Days prior requested playing date: | There is a full amount charge and non-refundable. |
If you need to change your golf booking, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed above for your unused requests and the rest amount will be refunded if it is the same golf course.
If you no show on requested playing dates, the full amount will be charged, non-refundable.
If the golf course is not playable (rain or etc.), we will follow the golf course rules.
To cancel your golf booking, you must send us your cancellation request by email only with the word ‘CANCEL’ with your booking ID in the subject line. Once you have sent us your cancellation request by e-mail, you will receive the cancel acknowledgement email to confirm your golf booking has been cancelled. If you do not receive the cancel acknowledgement email from us within 24 hours, please urgently contact our Customer Service Agent.

PhuketGolfMaster.com is not liable for
- Cancellation charges incurred due to any problems that can occur during email delivery and without any contact from you via e-mail or telephone.
- Unused for your round trip transfer requested (hotel-golf course-hotel). If you don’t show up at the meeting point at the pick up time. However your golf reservation at the golf course still remain confirmed. This will be a no show case. Non-refundable!
